We have opportunities throughout Greater Manchester including Stockport, Rochdale, Oldham and Salford.Working within residential, respite, community and supported living settings you will support Adults facing challenges related to living with Autism, Learning and/or Physical Disabilities, Mental Health and Behavioural difficulties. Shifts can be Days, Nights and Sleep Shifts to assist with 24 hour support.Working with Servoca you will benefit from the regularity of shifts combined with flexibility to choose when you work. About YouWhy not build your future on our successSupporting people to lead fulfilling lives in the community requires kindness patience and common sense. Applicants must also have
  • a minimum of 12 months experience within Adult or Childrens support settings
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • the ability to build rapport and establish strong therapeutic relationships
  • experience of individual support planning
  • Valid UK Driving License desired but not essential
