Job DescriptionBusiness Development ManagerSalary: £50,000 + OTE £65,000+
Location: Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, or Cambridgeshire (covering East Anglia, London & South East)We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth across the manufacturing and engineering sectors. You'll identify and win new business, manage key accounts, and lead a small team to deliver results.Duties
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
  • Manage and grow existing accounts
  • Lead and support two team members
  • Build strong client and distributor relationships
  • Track market trends and deliver revenue growth
Key Skills
  • 5+ years' sales experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment
  • Proven ability to secure and grow accounts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
  • Full UK driving licence + flexibility for occasional overnight stays
