- Own the end-to-end project management of influencer campaigns, organic social retainers, and content production projects.
- Build and manage project timelines, ensuring all teams know what’s due and when.
- Track project progress, identifying risks early and ensuring roadblocks are removed quickly.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
- Work closely with Account Directors, Social, Strategy, and Creative teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
- Facilitate clear communication across teams, ensuring everyone knows what’s expected of them.
- Keep clients and internal stakeholders updated on progress, changes, and potential challenges
- Implement structured project management processes, ensuring best practices for planning, execution, and reporting.
- Manage team capacity and resource allocation, ensuring the right people are working on the right projects at the right time.
- Optimise and improve internal workflows, identifying ways to make delivery more efficient.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed budgets, tracking costs and flagging risks early.
- Manage scope creep, ensuring client expectations are aligned with deliverables.
- Strong analytical skills - the ability to analyse data, assess resource needs, and make informed decisions
- Organisational skills - ability to manage multiple projects and track resource utilisation
- Communication skills - ability to communicate effectively with project managers, stakeholders, and other team members.

- 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays, christmas shutdown, the day for your birthday

- Flexi-hours, our full hours are 9-5:30, but core hours are 10-4:00, the remaining hours outside of this (if you're an early bird or night owl) are up to you to decide when to work
