- Strategic Planning - develop and implement project plans, identify project goals, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Team Leadership - leads and mentors project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Risk Management - Identifies, assesses and mitigates project risks, ensuring projects stay on track and within the agreed budget.
- Resource Management - Manage project resources, including budget, personnel, and technology, ensuring efficient and effective use.
- Stakeholder Management - Communicates effectively with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, challenges, and outcome.
- Performance Monitoring - tracks project progress, identifies deviations from the plan, and implements corrective actions as needed.
- Continuous Improvement - identifies opportunities for process improvement, promoting best practices and ensuring efficient project delivery.
- Problem Solving - Addresses issues and conflicts within project teams, finding solutions and ensuring timely resolution.
- Have the ability to inspire, motivate and guide project teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information.
- Ability to identify and resolve project issue efficiently and in a timely manner
- Have strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and techniques.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with team members, stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to adjust changing project requirements and priorities
- Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure.
- 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays, christmas shutdown, the day for your birthday

- Flexi-hours, our full hours are 9-5:30, but core hours are 10-4:00, the remaining hours outside of this (if you're an early bird or night owl) are up to you to decide when to work
