Rate: £450-£550 dayContract: 12 monthsStart date: ImmediateWe're seeking a Head of Contact Centre to join our clients Customer Service Leadership Team on a 12-month contract. You'll play a key role in driving a first-class customer experience while leading a large, multi-site team.Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a customer-focused team of 200+ across multiple sites.
- Drive performance, ensuring KPIs and service levels are met.
- Shape and deliver a first-class, multi-channel customer experience.
- Support teams through change and continuous improvement.
- Develop talent, nurture high performance, and embed a positive culture.
- Proven track record in senior leadership within customer service/contact centres.
- Experience leading large, multi-site teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
- Data-driven approach with ability to develop and deliver business plans.
- Experience driving transformation projects
- Excellent communication, coaching, and change management skills.
