Head of Contact Centre - 12 Month Contract
Location: Leicester or Derby (with travel between the two)
Rate: £450-£550 dayContract: 12 monthsStart date: ImmediateWe're seeking a Head of Contact Centre to join our clients Customer Service Leadership Team on a 12-month contract. You'll play a key role in driving a first-class customer experience while leading a large, multi-site team.Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a customer-focused team of 200+ across multiple sites.
  • Drive performance, ensuring KPIs and service levels are met.
  • Shape and deliver a first-class, multi-channel customer experience.
  • Support teams through change and continuous improvement.
  • Develop talent, nurture high performance, and embed a positive culture.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in senior leadership within customer service/contact centres.
  • Experience leading large, multi-site teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Data-driven approach with ability to develop and deliver business plans.
  • Experience driving transformation projects
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and change management skills.
