What you'll be doing
  • Leading day-to-day client activity across integrated PR & comms programmes
  • Building trusted client relationships and acting as a go-to advisor
  • Creating compelling content from thought leadership to multi-channel campaigns
  • Developing and delivering media strategies, securing great coverage, and nurturing media relationships
  • Managing projects, timelines, and budgets to keep everything running smoothly
  • Coaching and motivating junior team members
  • Spotting opportunities to grow accounts and get involved in new business pitches
What we're looking for
  • Solid experience in a B2B and/or corporate communications agency
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach you make things happen
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to distil complex topics into engaging content
  • Confident media operator with strong journalist relationships
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and a natural project manager
  • A collaborative team player who's equally comfortable leading and supporting
