
SALES ADMINISTRATOR – Tameside

- managing schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining sales records.
- Managing customer accounts, Building lasting relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Managing imports / exports.
- Maintain an organized filing system for contracts, agreements, and other important documents.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with order processing as needed.
- Basic account duties (training will be given) purchase orders, Invoicing ETC.
- Administrative duties
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role is preferred.
- Previous experience from a manufacturing background is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Xero.
