🕐 Start Date: ImmediateWe're currently working with a fantastic client in Stockport who is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to support their retail sales team on a temporary basis for around 11 weeks initially.This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised, confident, and experienced in the fast-paced world of automotive administration.Key Responsibilities:The main duties of this Sales Administrator role will include:Accurately processing customer vehicle orders and related administrationOrdering new vehicles and managing stock systems for both new and used carsTaxing vehicles and preparing all relevant documentationLiaising with Retail Managers to collate finance paperwork and ensure accurate submissionsRaising purchase requisitions and producing invoicesTracking order statuses and supporting internal departmentsActing as a key point of contact between customers and internal teamsMaintaining a high level of organisation to manage a busy and varied workloadWhat We're Looking For:The successful candidate for this Sales Administrator position will possess:Previous experience in a sales administration role (preferably within the motor trade but not essential)Exceptional attention to detail and administrative accuracyConfident communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesA proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a teamThis is a brilliant opportunity to join a supportive and well-established team within a dynamic dealership environment.
