- Have good customer service skills - the interaction with internal and external customers is a core requirement, including routine enquiries from members of the public, receiving and responding to incoming communication
- Experience of using G-Suite, MS Office applications and keeping basic records - both manual and electronic, including confidential records, filing documents, accurately recording information and archiving files in a standard form
- Ability to prepare and distribute basic agendas, presentations and papers and take minutes where appropriate for meetings
- Some project management support experience - updating spreadsheets, research and organising communications
- Demonstrate a passion for Achieving for Children's vision, mission and values to support children and young people to live safe, happy, healthy and successful lives
- Advanced knowledge and experience with using G-Suite and/or MS Office applications
- Prior experience of using a social care case management system such as Liquidlogic
- Experience of providing high-level meeting support including organising and taking minutes
- Experience of working in a business support capacity providing a wide range of administrative support
