This is a high-impact role focused on child-centred, strength-based early interventions-working closely with families and partner agencies to assess and respond to safeguarding concerns effectively and promptly.What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a fast-paced duty function (1 in every 5 weeks)
- Conducting Social Care Needs Assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments, and safeguarding investigations
- Working closely with police, health, and education partners
- Identifying risk, right-sizing support, and signposting families to appropriate services
- Promoting community-based support via strong links with Early Help Services
- Ensuring timely and effective case recording and care planning
