We are recruiting for experienced Social Worker to work in a Front Door team in Knowsley.
Main responsibilities
· To have experience and understanding of duty function and ability to work within a fast-paced team. Experience of undertaking Social Care Needs Assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments, safeguarding's, DST's/CHC Case.
· Recording skills
· Ability to right size support and signpost where necessary
· Ability to evidence, manage and escalate risks
