Location: Council House, Derby, DE1 2FSWe are looking to recruit an experienced administrator to join our Business Support Team as a Business Support Assistant. You will be part of the Business Support Finance Hub, which is a fast paced, busy environment that undertakes a wide variety of finance and administrative tasks for Council staff across all departments.The requirement:
You must have:
  • Recent finance administrative experience
  • Experience of ordering goods and services via financial systems
  • Sound organisational, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • A positive, problem solving attitude
  • GCSE Grades A-C in Maths and English
  • A relevant IT qualification or good experience of Microsoft packages, and knowledge of using Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
Ideally, you will have experience of working within a busy office environment, be methodical and enjoy working in a demanding environment.Who We Are
