Focus: One-to-One Teaching | SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and Medical NeedsAbout the RoleAre you an experienced educator looking to make a real difference? We're seeking a compassionate and adaptable SEN Teacher to provide one-to-one support to students who need more than a traditional classroom can offer. You'll work with learners facing a range of challenges, helping them build confidence, develop essential skills, and re-engage with education in a way that works for them.What You'll Be DoingDeliver personalised lessons in core subjects, tailored to each student's learning style and paceCreate a calm, structured, and supportive environment that fosters academic and emotional growthWork closely with families to ensure continuity of support and progressEncourage independence, resilience, and a positive attitude toward learningServe as a consistent, positive role model for students navigating complex needsWhat We're Looking ForQTS or equivalent (PGCE)Minimum 2 years of teaching experienceStrong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)Experience across Key Stages 1-4Proven ability to support students with SEN, SEMH, and medical needsEnhanced DBS on the Update ServiceLegal right to work in the UKExcellent understanding of safeguarding and child protectionWhy Join Sugarman Health and Wellbeing - Children's Services?We believe in the power of personalised education.
