We are looking for passionate SEN Teachers to deliver one-to-one support to children and young people with a range of additional needs. This role is ideal for someone who values personalised learning and wants to make a meaningful impact every day.What You'll Be DoingCreating a Safe Learning Space: Build a calm, consistent environment where students feel secure and supported.Delivering Tailored Lessons: Design and implement individualised learning plans that reflect each student's strengths and needs.Working with Families: Collaborate with parents and carers to ensure continuity of care and learning beyond the classroom.Encouraging Growth: Use creative, empathetic teaching strategies to build confidence, resilience, and academic progress.Leading by Example: Promote positive behaviours and lifelong learning through your own actions and attitude.What You'll NeedQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (PGCE)Minimum of two years' teaching experienceStrong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)Experience teaching across Key Stages 1 to 4Excellent English skills and a background in SEN educationEnhanced DBS on the Update ServiceLegal right to work in the UKA solid understanding of safeguarding responsibilitiesWhy Choose Sugarman Health and Wellbeing?At Sugarman, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to succeed.
