If yes, the Department of Reproductive Medicine is looking for a motivated individual to join our fantastic team!The successful candidate will be patient focused and able to work in a team.We look forward to hearing from you!Main duties of the jobThe Postholder will support Lead Patient Pathway Coordinators ensuringthe provision of a comprehensive service to the Consultants and their teams, working within this area. They will support the LeadPPC, who are the point of contact for patients accessing elective hospital services throughout their pathway of care ensuring Trustquality standards and targets are achieved.Based in a specialty clinical team, the post holder will be the point of contact for all administrative and clerical issues relating topatients' pathway of care, tracking and supporting them from referral to treatment &/or discharge.The postholder will provide a patient focused service that supports clinical staff in the provision of efficient integrated pathways thatenable the best use of resources and ensure that patients are fit, willing and able to be treated and that they are treated in the rightplace, by the right person, at the right time.The post holder will ensure high levels of patient care and will ensure clinician satisfaction by being an accessible, customer focusedand knowledgeable point of contactAbout usMFT is one of the largest NHS Trust In England with a turnover of over £3bn & is on a different scale than most other NHS Trusts.
