Location: LutonOur client is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Fabricator/Welder to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual with a strong mechanical background and proficiency in MIG and MMA welding to contribute to high-quality, bespoke metalwork projects.Key Responsibilities:Fabricate and assemble metal components in line with technical drawings and specificationsCarry out MIG and MMA welding to a high standardUse hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery to cut, shape, and finish materialsPerform quality checks to ensure finished products meet internal and customer standardsMaintain a safe, organised work environment and comply with all health and safety guidelinesCollaborate with the wider team to improve processes and product qualityUse basic math skills for accurate measurements and material calculationsRequirements:Proven experience in fabrication and weldingSolid mechanical understanding and ability to interpret engineering drawingsSkilled in using welding equipment, hand tools, and workshop machineryStrong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality workmanshipAbility to work independently and within a teamClear communication skills and ability to follow instructionsCSCS trade card requiredThis is a full-time, permanent position with excellent long-term prospects in a supportive, team-driven environment.If you’re passionate about fabrication, take pride in your work, and are looking to join a forward-thinking company, we’d love to hear from youINDNH
