- Deliver inspiring English Language & Literature lessons that spark curiosity and critical thinking.
- Support students in developing strong communication, analysis, and academic skills.
- Use creative approaches and modern technology to bring lessons to life.
- Monitor progress through purposeful assessment and constructive feedback.
- Build an inclusive classroom where every learner feels supported and motivated.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the curriculum and contribute to wider school life.
- A qualified teacher (QTS) with a degree in English, Education, or related subject.
- Open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs) or strong unqualified educators with relevant experience.
- A confident communicator who builds positive relationships across the school.
- Skilled at managing classrooms effectively and tailoring lessons to diverse learners.
- Knowledge of GCSE and/or A-Level English curriculum.
