Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum + 10% bonus + equity options + healthcare, pension, and other benefitsRequirements for Technical Support Engineer:
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or a related technical field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role
  • Experience developing or supporting advanced imaging or camera systems (infrared experience a plus)
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to convey complex technical concepts to a range of audiences
  • Comfortable producing technical documentation, user guides, and support materials
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and IT infrastructure
  • Proficiency in relevant programming or scripting tools
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus
  • Happy to travel regularly as part of the role
Responsibilities for Technical Support Engineer:
  • Build, test, debug, and document production-level imaging systems
  • Deliver effective, timely technical support to clients via email, phone, and in person
  • Conduct technical demonstrations and presentations to customers and internal teams
  • Develop and maintain user guides, scripts, and demo materials to support product usage
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify and resolve product issues and improve user experience
