- Leading a close-knit team of 4 chefs in a well-equipped kitchen
- Autonomy to shape menus and develop your own style
- Overseeing all aspects of kitchen service and daily operations
- Designing thoughtful, seasonal menus that complement the venue's relaxed elegance
- Managing prep and service for up to 100 covers during peak periods
- Mentoring and motivating a small, experienced team
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation
- Collaborating with front-of-house to ensure smooth, memorable guest experiences
