- Deliver assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation in line with CSP Core Standards of Physiotherapy Practice.
- Work closely with Sports Medicine departments to optimise medical care, welfare, and performance outcomes.
- Provide in-person and digital physiotherapy services, including triage support for PFA members and other clients.
- Refer clients into P3RFORM's regional network when required.
- Maintain accurate, confidential medical records.
- Contribute to the development of sports science and medical staff through CPD.
- Support clinical product design and service delivery for education and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team by contributing clinical insights and content.
- Excellent clinical skills in injury assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.
- Strong knowledge of objective force measures to guide rehabilitation and return-to-play.
- Confident interpreting imaging reports and identifying effective care pathways.
- Outstanding communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance clinical delivery and commercial growth.
- Innovative, proactive, and creative in both clinical practice and service development.
- CSP & HCPC registered Chartered Physiotherapist.
- Degree in Physiotherapy / Sport & Exercise Medicine (or equivalent).
- 5+ years post-graduate experience.
- FA-accredited First Aid Trauma qualification.
- Evidence of continuous professional development (CPD).
- S&C qualification/accreditation or demonstrable development in this area.
- MSc in Physiotherapy or related discipline.
- Previous experience in professional football.
- Postgraduate qualification in manual therapy.
- Background in private practice.
- Commercial, marketing, and social media acumen.
