- Define and deliver a high-performing, Crossfit-led fitness strategy aligned with their values.
- Oversee group class programming, PT sessions, and workshops to maintain top-tier standards.
- Evolve fitness programming using current industry insights and evidence-based practices.
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a talented team of coaches to deliver exceptional member experiences.
- Provide regular mentoring, feedback, and training support for continuous growth.
- Implement a structured professional development plan for the fitness team.
- Analyse class performance, PT uptake, and member feedback to guide scheduling and service improvements.
- Create action plans to exceed revenue and engagement targets.
- Manage logistics of events, workshops, and community initiatives.
- Oversee budgeting, staffing levels, and equipment maintenance.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with members to support them in achieving their goals.
- Match members with the right coaches and programs for maximum impact.
- Build a culture that celebrates progress, promotes camaraderie, and lives the Crossfit ethos of challenge, support, and community.
- Champion a holistic approach to fitness by integrating wellness and recovery into their offering.
- Run and/or coordinate wellness-focused sessions (e.g., mobility, mindfulness, breathwork, recovery).
- Stay curious and open to evolving the wellness component as the needs of their community grow.
- Seek opportunities to learn, trial new methods, and bring fresh ideas into the wellness space.
- Bring passion and empathy to your approach—supporting members’ physical and mental wellbeing as part of their overall journey.
- Experience: 3+ years as a PT and group coach, with Crossfit-specific experience. Prior leadership or management experience is a plus.
- Certifications: Certified PT and First Aid required.
- Passion: You live and breathe fitness—and care deeply about wellness and helping others evolve.
- Skills: Confident leadership, excellent communication, strong organisation, and an ability to energise and unite a team.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as needed.
