
Financial Crimes Controls Projects - Vice President

- Lead the implementation and sustainability of global CIB Financial Crimes projects and control program enhancements, ensuring alignment with the overall control framework.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups, including CIB business units, other Lines of Business, and Compliance, to oversee and drive program planning and execution.
- Maintain accountability for project governance documentation and tools, ensuring they are up-to-date and effectively support program objectives.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, challenges, and achievements, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
- Assist in identifying, quantifying, managing, and monitoring risk within the control environment, ensuring robust governance and systems are in place.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Project management experience
- Relevant experience of financial service experience in controls, audit, quality assurance, risk management, or compliance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to clearly communicate with team members, stakeholders across LOBs and Corporate functions, and convey complex ideas simply including to senior management.
- Proficient knowledge of control and risk management concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to financial crimes, such as AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), and Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC).
