- Identify, escalate, and mitigate business risks.

- Lead the People Agenda for Cash Operations Transformation.
- Establish and run a change governance forum.
- Create roadmaps for change delivery impacting Global Cash Operations.
- Develop and disseminate change guidelines and frameworks.
- Identify and adopt best-in-class tools for change management.
- Experience in Business Management and/or PMO leadership.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
