- Providing hands-on and remote support for Windows 11 and other operating systems.
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues for a wide range of devices, including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Managing user accounts and permissions within Active Directory.
- Supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365.
- Delivering IT support for financial applications.
- Providing effective support to users located nationwide.
- Windows: Extensive knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 11, and other operating systems.
- Hardware & Software: Proficient support for laptops, desktops, printers, and scanners.
- Telephony & Mobile Devices: Extensive experience with IP telephony and mobile device management.
- System Administration: Hands-on experience with Active Directory and a solid understanding of Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Previous experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance sectors.
