- Identify and engage with new business opportunities, including landlords, corporate occupiers, tenant clients, and design partners.
- Lead the full business development process: from prospecting and relationship building to pitching and closing deals.
- Collaborate closely with design, delivery, and sustainability teams to ensure proposals align with client vision and company values-especially bespoke, sustainable solutions.
- Represent the firm at industry events and use sector insight to proactively grow the commercial pipeline.
- Demonstrable experience in business development or client relationship management-ideally within commercial interiors, fit-out, workplace design, or property-related services.
- Strong network and track record with clients such as landlords, tenants, design firms, or developers in London's commercial or hospitality sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of crafting compelling end-to-end design & build narratives.
- A self-starter with strategic insight, able to manage full sales cycles while collaborating with internal project teams.
- Commitment to being physically present onsite in London five days a week to build rapport, maintain momentum, and lead by example.
- Highly flexible yet consistent working model-onsite presence five days a week, ensuring strong integration with project stakeholders and delivery teams.
