A well-established and expanding Quantity Surveying consultancy in London is seeking a driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work across landmark projects, and fast-track your APC journey within a supportive, forward-thinking consultancy.The Assistant Quantity Surveyor RoleYou’ll be working on a variety of exciting projects across the Residential, Heritage, Leisure, Hotels, Industrial, Education, Commercial, and Retail sectors, with project values from £1m to £120m.This role offers invaluable exposure to real-world consultancy work and provides the tools you need to become a chartered Quantity Surveyor.APC Support & Career DevelopmentThe consultancy offers a proven, structured APC programme to help Assistant Quantity Surveyors achieve MRICS status:✅ Mentorship from MRICS professionals in a London-based team of 30

  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification, ideally Quantity Surveying (BSc or MSc)
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy (ideally 1-2 years minimum)
  • Eager to work towards APC and become Chartered
  • Basic pre and post contract experience
