
Sales Development Representative (SDR)

- Proactively research and identify target businesses within our ideal customer profile
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage decision-makers
- Clearly articulate the companies value proposition and qualify interest
- Book qualified appointments for the Senior Sales Team to drive revenue growth
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs on outreach activity, appointments booked, and conversion ratios
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Represent the Company brand professionally and with enthusiasm
- Proven experience in B2B appointment setting, lead generation, or inside sales (telecoms or technology sector desirable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive approach
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage high-volume outreach effectively
- Resilient and target-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Confident using CRM systems and sales engagement tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
