Experienced project lead in managing complex high-profile projects in the Defence and/or the Public Sectors. Asset Optimisation and Estates Management strategy experience. Excellent verbal and report writing skills. Design, Building Surveying and Masterplanning skills. Proven ability to manage and motivate multi-disciplinary teams. Project management expert within area of specialism. Experience of managing business relationships at executive level. Due to the nature of the projects you'll be working on, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) followed by Security Check (SC Clearence) is the minimum requirement. Must have an active or transferable SC already.
