- Previous Security Management experience
- Proven ability of being a team leader/supervisor in a multi site environment
- Confidence and ability to establish and maintain good and effective working relationships at all levels
- Ability to work to deadlines, multitasking and working under pressure
- Full UK Driving License - desirable
- Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel)
- Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards
- To liaise and meet with customers and key clients on a regular basis to review & record contract performance ensure quality standards are consistently maintained, leading to contract retention, including monthly KPIs in line with the Customer Portal.
- To be responsible for manning levels of contracted, ad-hoc and special events as per customer requirements including, recruitment, screening and vetting with Administrators and Central Support ensuring that sufficient and suitable relief staff are available
- Through direct site visits ensure the safety & well-being of both customer staff & Corps colleagues are maintained
- Be responsible for weekly and monthly reports as required by Site Operations Manager and the Region, ensuring deadlines are meet.
- Maintain all associated documents required for Customers including key holding i.e. Assignment Instructions, key receipts, risk assessments, contact details including office customer files and ensuring invoices are raised appropriately when required to do so.
- Participate in Out of Hours/Duty Executive process as and when required Monitor and manage revenue and costs in line with the current contract costing model and prepare monthly forecasts in line with accounting requirements
- Conduct in-depth investigations and follow the Company’s disciplinary, grievance, performance management policies with regards to employee relations matters
