- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers both in person and over the phone with sales enquiries.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed branch sales targets.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the product range to offer accurate advice and recommendations.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and maintaining a tidy, organised sales floor.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Operate computer-based sales systems (training provided).
- Support branch operations, including stock control and yard assistance when required.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in retail or sales.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to contribute to shared goals.
- Confidence in handling telephone sales enquiries.
- Basic computer skills (training will be provided).
- Proactive approach to achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional service.
