- Develop business plans and implement related activities to achieve agreed objectives

- Provide Key account/hospital network support, market access support, including referral networks
- Lead omni-channel execution, harmonising brand strategy to ensure a powerful share of voice resonates within the target customer population
- Rapidly build meaningful and productive relationships with external stakeholders to assess and address customer's needs (including strong emphasis on enabling digital interactions but with the flexibility to meet customer interaction preferences)
- Contribute to the brand team's insight generation plan by feeding in relevant learnings to ensure continued strategic development
- Experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with specialist secondary care knowledge within Mental Health
- Knowledge of Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and Community Adult Psychiatrists
- Experienced with working with large hospitals and large accounts
- Strong communication and selling skills
- Engaging customer centric approach
- Patient centric outlook
- Collaborative and has proven success with cross functional working and developing KOL's
