- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Process customer orders and update relevant systems accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements.
- Resolve customer issues effectively, providing suitable solutions when needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the customer service department.
- Support team efforts in achieving departmental goals and targets.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems or similar software.
- A detail-oriented approach to work with excellent organisational skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a temporary role with minimal supervision.
- A positive attitude toward problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Competitive hourly rate of approximately £13 to £14 per hour.
