
CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR – Stockport

- Handling inbound customer calls
- Answering queries via website, email and telephone regarding existing and new policies
- Helping guide customers with claims and other insurance related queries
- Advising on renewing policies
- Assisting with any policy amendments needed
- Dealing with and resolving any issues and raising to senior staff if required
- Accurately maintain records, logging all activities
- Experience in the Insurance sector is not essential for this role, and training will be given to a candidate with the enthusiasm to learn.
- Hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm - optional weekend work may be available.
- 20 days holidays plus 8 stats, rising one each year, capped at 25.
