- Experienced in compensation and benefits, with a strong grasp of UK market practices
- Able to manage projects independently and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
- Skilled in negotiating with benefits providers and implementing strategic improvements
- Ideally based locally, with easy access to Dartford
