
Head Chef - High-Volume Mediterranean (West London)

- Volume:up to 300 daily covers
- Team:Lead a brigade of 7/8 chefs
- Hours:48-hour contract, 7-day operation (kitchen closes at 10 PM)
- Scope:80% hands-on, with full P&L and menu control
- A proven Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
- Experience in high-volume, quality-focused kitchens
- Creative with a passion for Mediterranean flavours and seasonal produce
- A natural, hands-on leader who can motivate and develop a team
- Commercially astute, with an understanding of GP and kitchen management
- Salary:£50-55K inclusive of tronc (approx. £6-8k)
- Bonus:10% annual bonus, taking the top package to £68.5K
- Autonomy:Full creative and operational control of the kitchen
