Start Date: Immediate StartJob Overview:We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction and fit-out of a commercial drive thru project in Crieff. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in managing fast-paced commercial builds, ensuring the project is completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities:Managing day-to-day site operations for the commercial drive thru buildCoordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliersEnsuring works are completed to the required quality and safety standardsMonitoring progress and updating project timelinesConducting site inductions and toolbox talksMaintaining site records and reporting to project managementOverseeing health and safety compliance at all timesLiaising with clients, architects, and stakeholders as requiredRequirements:SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) – EssentialFirst Aid at Work certification – EssentialPrevious experience managing commercial builds, ideally drive thrus or hospitality venuesStrong organisational and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple trades and deadlines effectivelyExcellent communication skills and attention to detailWhat We Offer:Competitive daily rate: £270 – £280/day, paid weeklyImmediate start on a high-profile commercial projectOpportunity to work with a respected contractor in the sectorTo Apply:
