We're looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Manager to lead the ongoing development, optimisation, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. This is a key role driving a major digital transformation to enhance engagement, data quality, and operational efficiency. You'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure the CRM empowers teams to make informed, data-led decisions and deliver impactful services.Roles and Responsibilities*Develop, configure, and customise D365 CE to meet business needs
*Lead data governance, quality, and GDPR compliance
*Manage integrations with other systems and platforms
*Oversee data models, segmentation, and reporting dashboards
*Provide actionable insights to support strategic planning
*Deliver training, create user guides, and promote best practice
*Act as the CRM champion, driving adoption and continuous improvementSkills and Qualifications*Proven experience managing and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
*Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data structures, and integrations
*Experience with data governance and GDPR compliance
*Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
*Excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
*(Desirable) Charity or NFP sector experience
