The role combines both fieldwork and office-based tasks, giving you a well-rounded experience in geotechnical and geo-environmental engineering.Day-to-day, you'll:Supervise site investigations (drilling, trial pitting, sampling, in-situ testing).Liaise with clients, contractors, and colleagues to keep projects running smoothly.Ensure safety and quality on site through risk assessments and method statements.Analyse and interpret field and laboratory data.Produce high-quality factual and interpretative reports.What We're Looking ForA degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related Earth Science subject.Experience in ground investigation or site supervision (graduate-level candidates with relevant placements will also be considered).Strong understanding of geotechnical and geo-environmental techniques.Excellent communication and organisational skills.A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.Full UK driving licence (essential).What's On OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Flexible training and development opportunities.A chance to be part of a well-established, respected, and supportive company.Involvement in diverse and high-profile projects across multiple sectors.
