About the roleImperial aims for efficient use of space in the context of growth in student numbers and an enabling environment for discovery, innovation and impact. The postholder will support this through all aspects of the timetabling cycle including leading on the delivery and scheduling of examinations.What you would be doingExperienced in timetabling, with particular knowledge of exam scheduling, you will be a lead on the exam operation. You will demonstrate your excellent attention to detail when carrying out data inputting and reporting and also be willing to roll up your sleeves and troubleshoot issues on the ground. You will work collaboratively around the teaching timetable process, respond to online queries and be a knowledgeable, approachable and friendly representative of the Central Timetabling Support team.What we are looking for
  • You must be able to work effectively under pressure, within a supportive team
  • Attention to detail is a vital part of the role
  • You need to be technically literate enough to learn new systems quickly to a level where you can support others
  • You need to be proactive in addressing and resolving issues
  • Flexible and available to work between the hours of 8am-6pm during busy exam periods
