- You need to be technically literate enough to learn new systems quickly to a level where you can support others
- You need to be proactive in addressing and resolving issues
- Flexible and available to work between the hours of 8am-6pm during busy exam periods
- The Central Timetabling Support Office is a friendly & welcoming team, keen to share knowledge and to collaborate
