- Degree in Technology Enhanced Learning, Education or equivalent experience
- Excellent IT skills (Microsoft 365, VLE assessment tools or similar)
- Strong communication skills, in particular when conveying complex information to a lay/non-expert audience
- Producing learning /training materials for different audiences
- Experience of using and providing 1st line support for Moodle or equivalent VLE
- Knowledge, experience and skills of delivering training and providing support to academic and professional services staff
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, including and not restricted to accessibility and data protection
- Ability to work under pressure, balance competing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Experience in multimedia production (e.g. podcasting, vodcasting, lecture capture, screencasts)
- Supporting and/or managing projects through to completion
- Able to proactively problem solve and set and meet personal targets and to participate in the setting and meeting of group targets
- Evidence of a commitment to continuous professional development
