An exciting opportunity has become available within the Lincolnshire Division of EMAS. The Associate Divisional Clinical Leader role will be key in delivering patient care with a key focus on clinical excellence and quality.This role has vacancies across Lincolnshire (1 x South Locality - Grantham and 1 x Mid Locality - Boston, Skegness or Horncastle). You must be a qualified Paramedic and have been signed off as an NQP.Reporting and accountable to the Divisional Senior Clinical Leader (DSCL) for the area, the Associate Divisional Clinical Leader (ADCL) is responsible for supporting the delivery of clinical development, support, supervision and leadership of a team of operational staff.This includes staff in a preceptorship period, university entrants and staff requiring additional support and / or supervision as directed by the DSCL. The ADCL roles will be allocated to defined areas and groups of stations, working closely with DSCL and Station Managers (SM) to deliver the clinical and quality metrics and outcomes.
