Job DescriptionHave you got strong experience with SAP for purchase orders, invoicing, and reporting?If so, here at EDF we're looking for a Contracts Compliance and Finance Lead to join our team!What you'll be doingAs the Contracts, Finance and Compliance Lead, you'll be working closely with the Operations and Contracts Manager to:
  • Lead day-to-day engagement with our Estate Management services provider and contractors, ensuring work is delivered to contract and to a high standard.
  • Oversee and validate Land Management and Business Rates activities, ensuring invoices and intercompany recharges are accurate and timely.
  • Monitor and review contractor health and safety performance, identifying trends and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Take ownership of property compliance reporting, ensuring corrective actions are implemented where needed.
  • Manage risk and business continuity planning, including maintaining risk logs and leading testing of recovery arrangements.
  • Lead on financial planning for Property Services, preparing budgets, forecasts, and reporting on performance to support decision-making.
  • Support procurement activity and continuously review processes to identify improvements, embedding best practice into our Quality Management System.
  • Provide operational and project support to the Land & Biodiversity team and other senior stakeholders, contributing to wider initiatives and improvements.
