
Contracts Compliance and Finance Lead

- Lead day-to-day engagement with our Estate Management services provider and contractors, ensuring work is delivered to contract and to a high standard.
- Oversee and validate Land Management and Business Rates activities, ensuring invoices and intercompany recharges are accurate and timely.
- Monitor and review contractor health and safety performance, identifying trends and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Take ownership of property compliance reporting, ensuring corrective actions are implemented where needed.
- Manage risk and business continuity planning, including maintaining risk logs and leading testing of recovery arrangements.
- Lead on financial planning for Property Services, preparing budgets, forecasts, and reporting on performance to support decision-making.
- Support procurement activity and continuously review processes to identify improvements, embedding best practice into our Quality Management System.
- Provide operational and project support to the Land & Biodiversity team and other senior stakeholders, contributing to wider initiatives and improvements.
