We embrace new technologies such as AI to support this.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT:The role of Team Assistant will encompass some or all of the below 'Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities'.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational assistance via a central support tool
- Assess the range and volume of work to be undertaken for the day or days ahead and plan to ensure work is completed to time and to an appropriate standard.
- Maintain, efficiently operate and improve a range of office processes and administrative systems to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Support Governance and Compliance activities such as Financial Approval Committees; Risk management and Managed conferences.
- Support one-off initiatives to parts of the COO Group that require additional support.
- Work independently and as part of a wider BMA team.
- A proven track record of providing administration assistance in at least one organisation
- Excellent computer literacy and the ability to learn new IT skills quickly to adapt to different systems
- Excellent planning skills and the ability to work to deadlines and strong attention to detail
- The ability to act using initiative but knowing when to refer up and a 'can do' attitude and excellent customer service ethos
- Good communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and the BMA Team
- Experience of working in a Professional Services setting Relevant business management and/or project management qualification.
- Experience of BBC purchasing systems
