- Maximising all Independent Consulting sales opportunities for Lumera
- Converting leads into signed-up clients
- Contributing to the active promotion of Lumera’s Independent Consulting services and products
- Delivering to agreed Sales objectives
- Taking ownership for each stage of the sales cycle from prospect identification to close
- Inputting to product development and roadmap to ensure propositions remain attractive
- Promoting Lumera actively and representing Lumera Independent Consulting services and products within the marketplace
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling wider Lumera services and products

- A hybrid working model with a centrally located office in either Bristol, London or Edinburgh and up to three days remote work per week.

- Has a strong understanding of the UK pensions environment and awareness
- Has sales and/or client management experience in a pensions-related business
- Has experience of, and comfortable with, working as part of a Commercial team
- Is self-reliant in the use of Word, PowerPoint and basic Excel to support the in-scope activities
- Is flexible to travel to Lumera offices, to meetings with prospects and to marketing/profile-raising events
- A relevant professional qualification
- Understanding of pensions data challenges and opportunities
- Experience in a pensions consultancy
