- A bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Control, or a related field;
- A strong interest in power systems, smart grids, and operational technologies;
- The ability to code and script in languages such as Python, C#, or similar-especially for automation, data analysis, or system integration tasks;
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, RTUs, and network modelling tools;
- Experience with various software testing methods, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing.
