Smart Repairer – Preston areaOur client is looking to recruit a Smart Repair Technician to join a busy team at their Preston site. A fantastic opportunity to work with a TOP employer and great brand that has a fantastic reputation.Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5.30pm
No weekend work required. Overtime available at time and a half, if you want it!Salary: £35k Basic
£40k+ OTE with uncapped bonusMain duties will include:
  • Painting and finishing
  • Maintain workmanship standards and product quality to the highest levels
  • Be responsible for all aspects of paint process including mixing paints, surface preparation, maintenance of equipment and spray booth
  • Maintain a safe working environment
  • Preparing surfaces for painting by meticulously cleaning, buffing, polishing and masking the areas that should not be painted
About You:
  • Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician is preferred but NOT essential as full training will be provided
  • They’re looking for someone who is passionate to deliver the highest possible standard and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills are also required as you will ensure that assigned jobs are completed within estimated times.
