
Partner Marketing Manager – Strategic Alliances

- Assist in building strong relationships with distribution and alliance marketing teams to help develop and execute programs aimed at new customer acquisition and expanding existing partnerships.
- Support field and partner marketing, sales, and operations teams to increase engagement and efficiency.
- Help prepare and distribute communications to partners’ marketing and sales teams to build brand awareness and product knowledge.
- Contribute to brand awareness initiatives, including newsletters, partner portals, social media, email campaigns, training, and promotional activities.
- Track campaign performance metrics and assist in reporting progress and results to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with strategic partners on digital marketing activities and assist in monitoring campaign outcomes.
- Help manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and budget in the region, in coordination with regional teams.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews, prepare materials and summaries related to partner marketing activities and results.
- Work with internal teams to support global demand generation efforts across EMEA regions.
- Provide weekly updates on partner activities, enablement sessions, and campaign progress to leadership.
- Identify areas for improvement in partner marketing efforts and suggest potential enhancements.
- Sales collaboration: Adapting sales and marketing strategies to EMEA regions will be an essential aspect of success for the job. Establishing great collaboration with our current partner sales, field and marketing teams is key to your success as a Partner Marketing Manager.
- SaaS and B2B demand generation: We are an ambitious and fast-growing organization and need your help to triumph together with our distributors and strategic partners. You will be part of deciding which marketing channels we should activate to reach new prospects across the markets. This calls for a thorough understanding of the user journey across EMEA regions and motivation to elevate our channel strategy in close collaboration with the Global Marketing Team.

- BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant discipline
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in channel, partner marketing, distributor marketing is a plus
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English (French and/or German is a plus)
- Demonstrated success in managing and completing projects at or under budget
- Knowledge in the area of B2B IT channel partners, lead nurturing, demand generation, integrated channel programs, channel partnership, lead process and channel marketing ROI
- Ability to manage, prioritize, multi-task and will have thrived in a fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environment
- A team player, effectively interacting with employees at all levels within the company
- Must be a self-starter and have a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle many different projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with Monday and/or Asana for project tracking
- Must have experience in campaign tracking and performance reporting in salesforce
- 25%+ international business travel is required, passports and visas where required must be kept current
- Ability to multi-task in a resource-constrained environment, with grace and tact
- Great with prioritizing directives and managing time

Position is based in the UK office in London with a requirement of at least two full days in-office per week unless travel is scheduled. (Other Keepit EMEA locations might be an option)Physical Demands:
- Ability to travel in economy seating as needed.
- Capable of setting up a 10x10 trade show booth independently and transporting up to 25 pounds of event materials.
- Must be authorized to work in the UK and able to travel globally, with valid and current visa and passport documentation.
