- Collaborate with sector leaders, client account teams, and regional stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies reflect client needs and market opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business priorities across both established and emerging sectors.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans using the SOSTAC framework, including clear objectives, audience targeting, tactics, ownership, and performance metrics.
- Design and deliver tailored marketing campaigns that support brand visibility and business growth across multiple sectors.
- Report on campaign performance and marketing activity to regional leadership and contribute to strategic planning.
- Partner with content and creative teams to develop compelling messaging and multi-format content strategies.
- Conduct market research to inform value propositions, messaging, and competitive positioning across diverse sectors.
- Use analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Manage a calendar of integrated marketing activities, including events, social media, thought leadership, and editorial content.
- Write and schedule social media content to support strategic initiatives and enhance brand presence.
- Organise and manage events (virtual and in-person), including logistics, collateral, and stakeholder engagement.
- Create targeted content such as case studies, blogs, award entries, and client communications aligned with brand messaging.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- CIM qualification or equivalent; digital marketing certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within a professional services or B2B environment.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, content creation, and campaign management.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including account-based marketing and thought leadership.
- Ability to connect marketing activities to brand and business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of market trends and client needs across multiple sectors.
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, client-centric mindset.
- Knowledge of GDPR and best practices for compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience supporting marketing efforts across a variety of sectors in a B2B context.
