- Setting up and maintaining manual and robotic welding equipment across production areas.
- Supporting changeovers and ensuring smooth equipment handovers during shifts.
- Investigating faults and resolving technical breakdowns quickly and effectively.
- Assisting in the introduction of new parts and processes, including programming support.
- Carrying out minor fixture repairs and supporting basic toolroom activities.
- Promoting best practice in safety, quality, and equipment upkeep on the shop floor.
- Hands-on experience in a production engineer, or welding role.
- Confident setting up and adjusting welding equipment and fixtures.
- Familiar with automated systems and basic fault finding.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
