- Apply defined metrics and guidelines to decide when projects require intervention.
- Investigate issues by reviewing study setup, screener design, and panel performance data.
- Diagnose root causes and recommend practical solutions to improve outcomes.
- Summarise findings and next steps clearly for internal teams via established channels.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement changes and track their impact.
- Escalate complex problems to senior team members and assist with follow-up actions.
- Document recurring issues and contribute ideas to refine processes and internal guidelines.
- Checking project dashboards several times a day to catch issues early.
- Using rules-based logic to determine which projects need support.
- Sharing concise problem/solution summaries with colleagues.
- Tracking results of interventions to identify recurring themes.
- Jumping in to help with urgent or high-priority projects when needed.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for interpreting data and spotting trends.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organisation, and a logical, analytical mindset.
- Clear written communication skills to summarise findings effectively.
- Willingness to learn quickly, adapt, and apply feedback.
- Experience with dashboards, Salesforce, PowerPoint, or project management tools is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree (e.g., Business, Marketing, Psychology) or equivalent practical experience.
